I submitted my application online, which was straightforward, and got an email the next day to set up an interview time. They offered flexible appointment slots. Once I picked a time, I got a confirmation. The interviewer called right on schedule and asked me some questions over the phone.

I applied and after a couple weeks had a recruiter phone screen where they didn't have much info on the role. Then there was a manager interview that felt pretty informal - they didn't seem to have prepared questions, which was a bit concerning given they mentioned other candidates were interviewing that same week. The meeting was supposed to be 30 minutes but went on for over an hour. The interviewer joked about being so engaged they forgot to take notes and assured me I'd be moving on to meet the next level manager. After three weeks of no communication, I got a rejection email that seemed pretty generic. My follow-up emails about the next interview were never answered.
