We had a phone call first, then an in-person interview. The first conversation was really nice and easy. We talked a lot about the clinic vibe and how things work there. When I went in person, I got to see the PTs working and how they do their sessions and stuff, which gave me a good feel for the place.

I was interviewed by 4 people all at the same time, which initially felt a bit overwhelming. However, they were all quite friendly, which made the conversation flow more naturally. It turned out that I'd be working closely with each of them, so it made sense for them all to meet me during the interview.

The interview process is great. You initially speak with an HR rep to discuss your background in the field and to give her an idea of what salary you would be interested in. After speaking with an HR rep, she sets you up with an in person interview with the clinic manager and she then follows up with how the interview went. Entire process was great!

Everyone was welcoming and friendly until I sat in on an interview with multiple people in the company. I remember one or two men just seeming completely uninterested and not even listening when I was talking, this really left me feeling unconfident and unsupported during the interview. I ended up declining moving forward in the interview process when it was offered for many reasons, overall a positive interview process with that one complaint!
