First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bay Property Management Group.
Leasing Agent
I had two interviews. The first one was with two people and lasted about an hour. They were very nice and explained what the job entails. The second interview was with the owner, it was shorter, about 20 minutes. He was pretty intense and asked a lot of questions.
- How many countries are there in the world?
- What is the world population?
- How many hairs are on the human head?
Leasing Agent
I went through interviews with two different employees, and then met with the owner for the last interview. Each interview lasted around 45 minutes. They were really quick to schedule the next interviews after I finished each one. The whole experience felt very professional from beginning to end. The only thing that took a few days was getting the offer letter. I was told I'd start two weeks after receiving the offer.
- They asked a variety of questions to test my knowledge across different areas.
- My understanding in various subjects was tested with a range of questions.
Accounts Payable
I was interviewed 2x and that's it. It was done with ease and in a timely manner as I didn't have to wait for too long before I started work after passing the interview.
- What was your previous job experience like?
Property Manager
The interview process included an initial recruiter call, followed by a technical screen, and then an onsite interview.
- What are your learning aspirations?
- What are your long-range objectives?
