The interview process took about half a day. I spoke with three people in the morning, then met with HR, and finally spoke with one more person. It wasn't too hard, just long, which is why I wouldn't call it average.

This was a terrible interview experience. I applied for many jobs at Bay Path University over a year and a half and was always rejected. One interview required waiting a month for a response, and another informed me they chose someone else for financial assistance. The user questions if they are the richest person in the world and advises students with dreams or those seeking respect not to apply to Bay Path University. Despite acknowledging capability, the university doesn't promote growth. Reaching out to departments yielded no results, with staff seemingly disengaged or covering up their disrespect. This experience is described as a warning to save oneself.

The interview process was unprofessional, to say the least. There seemed to be a lack of clear direction and true job responsibilities. There was a long waiting period. Although I was intrigued by the initial interview, the job turned out to be nothing like it was presented to me in terms of selling points.

The process started with a phone screen, followed by an in-person meeting with a committee and then a finalist interview with the leadership team. Since it was higher education, it went on to background checks. It takes months to go through the whole thing but overall it wasn't a bad experience.
