First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bay Federal Credit Union.
Business Analyst
I spoke with a recruiter about the role. They asked about my background. The job wasn't exactly what I'm doing now or where I want to go career-wise, but I was open to hearing more because it involved the same software. I appreciated that the Credit Union took the time to interview candidates.

HR Administrator
My interview process was really fun and went smoothly! It involved meeting the team to get a feel for the company before getting hired, which made it exciting. The company culture really contributed to making everything feel fun and like a smooth transition from the first interview to receiving the offer.
- Based on your past experience, explain why you'd be a good fit for this position.
Member Service Representative
The interview process involved a panel of four people. There were two hiring managers from the branch I'm interviewing for, another manager from a different branch, and the HR person. There was supposed to be a fifth person, the head of member services, who is top management, but they weren't there.

Technology Specialist
We started with a quick phone chat, and then a few days later, I had the main interview. It was with about 10 people from the team, all gathered around a big table. The group was really friendly and easygoing. They seemed most interested in whether I'd be a good fit for the company culture.
