It was a really friendly and open chat, making me feel comfortable. I got to ask a bunch of questions and find out all about the company. I also met some people from the team who seem really enthusiastic about where the company is heading.

You'll first see a Craigslist ad for the job. The CEO interviews you and gives you a personality test. Previously, you'd interview with a manager or director of operations, but they aren't there anymore. Then, you'll take a technical test. If you get an offer, they'll tell you in the contract that the salary they mentioned was for 40 hours plus 5 hours of overtime weekly, which they'll say is for tax reasons. Be careful, this is so they don't pay you overtime until you've worked 10 hours of overtime in a two-week period.

After a standard technical exam that felt like a large group setting with irrelevant questions, I met with a few people. HR asked some basic personality questions, but seemed detached. The CEO then had me complete an animal personality test and discuss salary expectations, in a surprisingly dark room.

The process was very straightforward. First, I had an interview with a Manager, followed by a skills test. After they saw I had enough skills, I had another interview with HR. Although I didn't get the job, I was notified a week later. I was impressed by their professionalism, organization, and how they treated applicants with respect and courtesy. It was a good experience compared to some others I've had.
