The process was quick and only took two days. The first interview was fairly quick and focused on your job experience and resume. The second day they conducted the second and third interview. There were two different people interviewing you in total.

The interview was pretty standard with the usual questions. My only hang-up was when I asked for more details on the actual job requirements and what a typical day would be like, the interviewer just brushed it off saying those would be covered in the second round. The interview itself was only 20 minutes, and the interviewer did most of the talking. I left without learning much new about the role and was immediately invited to the next round. I kinda wish it had been a phone interview first, and then I would have traveled across town for the second round. The interviewer really didn't get any info he couldn't have gotten over the phone.

The second interview was in a coffee shop. A salesman brought me to the street and then asked me about direct marketing and indirect marketing. Then, he talked more details about the product which is cosmetic. The main job for us is selling those products on the street but they call it brand exploration. I'm not really interested so I didn't take the third round interview.
