Inside Sales Representative
I had a phone interview with Crystal Diaz, who was really friendly and professional. Then I came in and met two other people who were easy to talk to. The last interview involved a role-play and some "desk work." This third interview was tough because I only had an hour to finish my assignment and get ready for a mock customer warm lead call. I was super impressed with how professional they were and how on time the interviews were. Crystal, the recruiter, was really responsive when I asked for status updates. Even though I didn't get the job, Crystal called to thank me for interviewing. I was really impressed by how courteous she was and told me they'd keep my resume on file and that I should apply for other jobs I'm interested in. I've been interviewing a lot lately, and no recruiter has ever called me after I didn't get the job, or even contacted me back if I didn't make it past the first interview. I don't even get an email. They're a class act, which says a lot about their great reputation and why I'd want to be a part of such a company.
- What makes you want to join our company?
- What's one area your boss would say you need to improve, and what's one thing they like about you?
- Describe a challenging situation you faced and how you dealt with it.

I applied online and then HR called me for an initial phone interview. About a week later, I got an email to schedule an in-person interview with my future manager. They invited me back later that week for a mock sales meeting. I got the job offer about 3 weeks after the first contact.
- Can you conduct a mock sales call?
- Please role play a sales call with me using these client details.

First, there was a phone call with the company's recruiter. The second interview was in person with the hiring manager and company trainers, which was unusual. It involved a sales role play for products presentation. You need to be prepared for the second interview because they will have you do a products presentation and discuss sales cycles. After that, I received an offer letter via email from the corporate recruiter.
- If a customer is new to the area, just opened their business, and has no clientele or connections, which of our products would you suggest they sell?
Account Executive
So first, the recruiter gives you a call. Then there's a group interview. After that, a tough role play. No personality tests or anything. The face-to-face group interview was with two managers, and they asked situational questions like 'Tell me about a time...' and 'Explain...'.
- Can you describe a manager you disliked and the reasons why? What steps did you take to work effectively with them?
- Describe a situation where you had to deal with a manager you didn't like. How did you handle it?
- Explain how you managed to make things work with a manager you found difficult.
