First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bay Area Community Health.
Front Desk Receptionist
I had a panel interview where the manager talked about the company and asked why I was interested in working there. Since these were temporary roles and they needed people, everyone pretty much got an offer.
- What motivates you to seek employment with this company?
Provider
It was alright and just average. I spoke with two directors. They asked basic and situational questions. A few days after, I got an email with an offer.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult patient.
- How would you deal with a difficult patient?
Physician
First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, I interviewed on Zoom with the Physician Lead. Finally, I went in person to the job site for an interview where I met the team lead and office manager.
- What do you want from this job?
Recruiter
It was a really laid-back interview with three people on the panel. They've had some trouble keeping people in this job before, so they made their decision pretty fast after we finished talking.
- Can you walk me through your recruitment process and how you approach it?
