I went through 2 video interviews but then I never heard back. It's a shame because once you start interviewing candidates you should really get back to them. The first interview was engaging and went well, but the second was the complete opposite. Maybe I didn't connect with the interviewer, but no candidate should be ghosted.

The interview process was super professional, informative, and really motivating. The company is very supportive, and communication was crystal clear the whole way through. The interview had two parts: first, a chat with the talent manager via Zoom/Teams, and then the final interview with the recruiting manager.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews and they said they would contact me by the end of the week after my second interview. But after sending 3 emails, I never heard back or got any contact about my interviews. No feedback was given and my emails were ignored. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with this company because of the unprofessional and frustrating lack of communication after I put in the time and effort for these 2 interviews.

I put an advert on advertiser.ie and they got in touch. They were looking for someone part-time because when some of the staff go on holiday, they get swamped with work. I went in the next day for a trial day. After that, the manager gave me an official letter to get my PPS number and Tax Credit Certificate. I needed these to open a bank account. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with the employer number which delayed getting the Tax Credit Certificate.
