I interviewed at Baxter and Woodman's Crystal Lake HQ. The people were really nice and made me feel comfortable during the approximately one-hour interview. I spoke with two senior management members who asked me questions directly from my resume. It was pretty easy.

This whole thing took about 2 months to complete. I had 2 phone interviews and then one virtual interview with some of the managers and my potential supervisors. They talked me through the company and what the job would be like. It felt pretty relaxed overall.
