First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bauer Entertainment Marketing.
Intern
It was a smooth zoom panel interview. Everyone was friendly and gave me a lot of insight into the work culture. I heard back with an offer for the internship a few days after.
- How well do you collaborate within a team setting?
Intern
It's a two-round process. The first round involves meeting with Account Managers, past interns, and a Social Media Specialist. The second round is with the President. The discussions will focus on your past experiences and your connection to the entertainment industry. You'll also need to submit a portfolio; if you don't have one, you'll need to create a mock portfolio and a 'why hire me' video.
- What's your background in graphic design, social media marketing, email marketing, contest marketing, and SMS marketing?
- Describe your previous experience.
- How do you relate to the entertainment industry?
Intern
It was super chill and friendly. The people there are great and really into what they do. They just want to see if your background and what you're into really fits.
- Can you tell me about your social media marketing experience?
