First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Batson-Cook.
Marketing Specialist
I had 3 interviews, first was a phone call with the hiring manager, second was a zoom call with my manager, and the final one was in person with the direct office supervisor.
- Could you share your experience collaborating with teams located in different offices?
Marketing Coordinator
Batson-Cook has a really great recruiter and a smooth interview process. I did an intro call, teams call, and then in-person interview. Most of it was easy conversation while still being professional and informative about the job.
- Can you describe your experience with preparing proposals for RFQs/RFPs?
Intern
They are fairly new to the area which is a good thing and have a organized and attentive staff for interviews. Also when interviewing they will have 3 interviewers to talk to you about past experiences.
- What is your weakness?
- What are your strengths?
Project Manager
It was more of a meet and greet handled by a recruiter. There wasn't really a job offer, just the first interview was a formality, and the second was with the manager you'd potentially work with.
- If you could work on any project, what would it be?
