The interview was mainly for them to get to know me before hiring. It was pretty simple and just went straight to the point. I was able to ask them questions about benefits, pay raises, and what my responsibilities would be.

The hiring process is pretty straightforward. First, they'll call you to set up the interview. Then, you'll come in and take a test focused on billing knowledge. After that, you'll have the actual interview. Everyone you meet initially is quite friendly. They do have some high expectations for this role, but all in all, it's not a bad company. I really recommend asking for the salary you want upfront because they don't offer raises.

It was a panel interview with straightforward, typical interview questions. The interviewer was nice and easy to talk to, not intimidating at all. I felt comfortable throughout the interview, and the overall experience was pleasant. The attire was casual, and there seemed to be a good team atmosphere and nice work vibes.
