First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BASS ABA Therapy.
Registered Behavior Technician
I applied and then had a zoom interview with the director. It was quick and easy, and I got an offer on the spot. It wasn't difficult at all. We went over the job description, and I accepted the position. The whole experience was very straightforward and to the point.
- Can you tell me about your experience working with children?
Office Manager
I met with the Executive Director and the Center Director separately. I also got to tour the center. Then, the two of them met with me together, and I got to ask all my questions about the job, the center, and how the interview process worked.
- Can you describe your past office management experience?
- How comfortable are you working with a high degree of independence?
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Interesting process, it was completely virtual even though the role is an in-person position. I feel that in-person roles should be interviewed for in person so you can meet the staff and see the clientele. I would recommend that at least some part of the process be done in person.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Registered Behavior Technician
The interview process was great and quick with decisions. They were informative and gave helpful advice for the RBT position, providing lots of information on how to become an RBT. You get good supervision and feedback.
- Tell me about your experience with children and how many years you've worked with them.
