First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Baskin Robbins.
Manager
The interview process was good and fair. It was a nice conversational style, not just drilling me with questions. They gave me a lot of time to think and answer mindfully. I was able to pause and consider the questions thoughtfully.
- What are your thoughts on work-life balance?
Manager
The interview process was really long and had multiple steps. It was very hard to get in touch with the recruiter after the first interview. I didn't get feedback after each step until a week later, which made me impatient.
- What would you say is your greatest strength?
Assistant Manager
You sit at a booth and wait for the owner/manager to come out and then they ask you about 3 math questions and a little about your work experience and what you would do in a couple hypothetical situations. Baskin Robbins is a company that is set up were there are multiple owners they buy the site so depending on the owner your interview process could be different.
- What would you do if you were understaffed at work and your coworkers were struggling?
