First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Basic-Fit.
Hostess
It was good, the people were very friendly and made me feel quite comfortable. They explained the conditions of the hostess position and asked me some simple questions to get to know me better, like why I wanted to work there.
- Why did you want to work here?
- What do you think is done in this role?
Legal Operations Manager
The interview process was very smooth and flexible. I met with the relevant stakeholders, including the manager and team leaders. Some interviews were online and some were in person. There were 3 interviews before they made an offer. I also completed a skill assessment, which we discussed later.
- Can you describe your experience managing relationships with various stakeholders?
Customer Service Representative
The interview experience was very good, really nice and friendly over the phone, which made it more relaxed. The recruiter was outgoing and the overall atmosphere was chill. I felt the questions were rehearsed by me so I did a good interview, it was very professional.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What challenges have you faced?
- What are your skills?
Procurement Manager
I recently applied for a position at Basic-Fit and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the communication surrounding my rejection. After investing a lot of time and effort into crafting a comprehensive cover letter and going through the procedure, I received a generic message that showed little respect for my efforts. The rejection did not feel serious and was even unprofessional in some aspects. For example, the comment 'the world is your oyster,' which in my opinion is inappropriate for business correspondence. It gave me the feeling that my application was not valued and that the process is more about quantity than quality. I recommend Basic-Fit to review their communication towards candidates and adopt a more respectful and professional approach. A careful and respectful process contributes to a positive impression of the company, even if you are ultimately not hired.
