It was 3 rounds back to back and all the people were good. It was more behavioral except for one technical round. The first round was a phone screen. Second was with a panel of two people. Third was with HR and a director. Then a team was sent with me for lunch and a decision was made in a week.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process went very smoothly. I met with the current VP HR and the CEO. The CEO told me that I ticked all the boxes, but a week later, the recruiter emailed me saying I didn't get the role because they chose someone who was a better fit. It makes me wonder how the person they chose fit better, as I was given NOTHING more than fit. Poor feedback for an executive-level position.

Behavioral Technical

I met with Mr. Thomas, a good interviewer, who asked simple, legitimate questions about the job. The questions were logical regarding payroll and accounting, which I could answer well because of my years of experience. I felt comfortable with him and his questions, and I think the process went well.

Behavioral Other

It was a pretty chill interview. They told me about what Basic has to offer, like training, hourly pay, per diem, and day rates. They also talked about the schedule, insurance, and 401k. They promote from within. I had a drug test the same day. We talked about my previous experience.
