We started with an in-person meeting with the team, which included the VP/COO, some senior consultants, and the HR director. After that, I had an interview with the CEO. Then, I got a call saying I was hired. The final step was a background check by DHS/TSA.

I got a call and was asked to come in for an interview the very next day. A few hours after the interview, I got hired over the phone. The CEO was the only one who interviewed me, and it was obvious I'd get the job if I showed any enthusiasm. Even though I had no experience, that didn't seem to matter at all. They really just needed someone to fill the role at that time. Luckily for them, I was a good worker.
