Behavioral Presentation Case

The whole interview process felt really professional and clear, they let me know everything needed ahead of time. They made decisions and gave feedback super fast, and the feedback was actually useful. Everyone I talked to was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. There were four stages. The first two were on Skype: a general screening call and then a more in-depth personal chat. The third stage was also on Skype, where I had to do a role-play simulation of a business situation I might encounter on the job. The last step was a long, detailed meeting in person at their office with two senior team members. Throughout all the stages, the interviewers were really engaged and happy to answer any questions I had, taking the time to give thorough responses. They didn't ask any tricky questions, just seemed genuinely interested in me as a person and my professional background. Even though I didn't get the job in the end, I have nothing but good things to say about the company and the team.

Behavioral Presentation Technical

I went through the interview process at Base CRM in July 2017, which lasted about a month. It started with a recruiter call, then we had an onsite culture interview, followed by another onsite interview that was a mix of presentation and skill assessment. Finally, there was one more onsite culture interview. Scheduling the onsite interviews was really inefficient and they didn't seem to put much thought into it. For the skill assessment, they gave me a real business challenge to work on. I had to analyze the problem and present creative solutions to show my expertise. After the interview, they asked for a copy of my presentation, which felt like they were taking advantage of my work.
