First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Barton Healthcare Staffing.
Recruiter
It was a very casual and comfortable interview, a really easy conversation that flowed well and never felt awkward. I spoke with the president of the company, though she didn't mention her title until the very end.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a challenge and successfully resolved it?
Computer Technologist
I think this company is a recent spin-off and might still be working out the details of the specific fields they're trying to fill contracts for. It would be nice if they toned down the hard sell a bit; while contract employees accepting contracts are obviously how staffing companies make money, they should also consider the employee's career path and professional development when placing them. That said, the employees I interacted with were generally nice and I'm sure they'll become great recruiters with more experience.
- Could you detail the requirements for obtaining US licensing?
Account Executive
I interviewed with 2 directors who asked good questions. They seemed to value my input and thoughts. The whole thing was very fast, and I got my job offer in less than a week. Overall, a great interview process.
- Why might you not be a good fit for this role?
