The hiring manager was super chill and laid-back. We had a really good, genuine, and friendly chat. They were really upfront about what they're looking for and what their expectations are. They try to get back to you ASAP, but if not, you can always follow up.

I went through 3 interviews, each at least an hour long, only to be told they chose someone else. The final interview was in person at their office and lasted 3 hours. I met with all the lead estimators and toured the entire office, which made me feel confident about getting the job.
