The interview process was pretty chill, they asked standard questions about my background. I got to the third round, but then they hired some fraternity guy and didn't even send me an email. I think you probably need a referral to even get an interview.

I applied on a whim, thinking I would never hear anything back. HR emailed me saying they liked my resume and then gave me a task to complete (similar to what the jobs tasks would be). Completed that and then was asked to come in for an interview that week. First I would meet with HR, then members of the team I would work with, then the CEO. The day before HR emailed me saying my interview would be with just the CEO. I came in and it was very rushed, quickest interview I have ever had. Left feeling okay about it, emailed HR and CEO thanking them for their time and never heard back. Sent a follow up email a week or so later and zero response. After being told I was top 10 out of thousands of applicants i expected a lot more than radio silence. Just knowing why I wasn’t chosen is what I wanted to hear.

The interview process was pretty straight forward and easy. It was a total of three interviews with three different people via google meet. The questions were typical, and they honestly asked the same questions for each one. After the last interview, the recruiter for their company asked me to take an Excel sheet test, which felt like they sprung it on me. I wish they would have given me the test first so I wouldn't have wasted my time with 3 interviews in the first place (which took 3 weeks). The Excel test had a bunch of word problems and then a second sheet where you had to fill out the rest of the information. After I finished the test I emailed them a copy, and they didn't respond after that.

Applied and was contacted to set up an HR screening interview within an afternoon. The first round was easy, a phone call more so personality-focused, then immediately forwarded to 2nd round later that afternoon. 2nd round was a Zoom, asking more about experience and such. Claimed they pride themselves on open communication and update applicants regardless of outcome. 100% ghosted after being forwarded through 2 rounds in an afternoon, despite a positive complimentary call and follow ups.
