I applied at the store about a month ago and they called me in for an interview. They sat me down and asked me about my past work experience, if I was good with money and counting, and if I could cook. They told me right away that I got the job.

The manager talked a bit about the duties I would be doing, like wiping tables, serving food to customers, taking phone orders, and using the cash register. I showed him my MLM experience where I contacted about 100 people in 3 weeks.

I applied online and then got a call to set up an interview. I got there 10 minutes early and they had me sit down. A worker called my name and led me to the back where it was a bit less crowded. I had said on my application that I wanted a counter job. The interviewer told me they actually just hired someone for that last week and that the only jobs they had open were for a dishwasher at $8.05/hr. He talked about how they get paid, how to ask for time off, and what the dishwasher job would involve. He said the dress code was black pants, black shoes, and the company shirt, and hair had to be tied back. He made it clear that the job wouldn't be glamorous at all. He confirmed my phone number and said he'd call me to let me know.

It's really simple. You just need to print an application from the website and fill it out. Then, you drop it off with the manager at the location where you want to work. If they decide to interview you, it'll happen in the dining area when things are slow.
