First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Barrister Global Services Network.
Service Delivery Manager
The interview lasted about 30 minutes. We discussed customer service, team management, and leadership skills. The recruiter was professional and conducted a direct interview, covering essential details like salary and the demanding nature of the work environment. I found the interview enjoyable, and the office was comfortable with good air conditioning.
- Can you share your experience and discuss some related topics?
- What is your experience duration?
- Can you elaborate on your customer service skills?
CRS
I took a typing test, a basic computer skills test, and an IQ test. Since I did well, the hiring manager asked me some questions about my past work experience and then discussed the company with me. I had applied for a billing clerk position initially, but it seems they had a different role in mind for me. After that meeting, I observed the CRS position for about 10 minutes. Then, I spoke with Cindy in HR, who asked me about how I handle time management and stress. She then informed me about the salary range and inquired if I would accept a salary exactly in the middle of that range.
- Why do you want to work for Barrister?
Subcontractor
The hiring and interview process involved a phone call with a recruiter from the IT department. They were looking for committed individuals who wanted to service call in that area. We discussed the contracts and RFS (Receipt for Service) making sure that you turn them in on time to get paid for service call.
- Are you familiar with the work that is being requested?
Executive Assistant
I had a recruiter call me initially. Then I was asked to complete some tests, which were quite challenging. After that, I had an in-person meeting with both the HR manager and the CEO. They got back to me with an offer a few days after the final interview. The whole process, from applying to getting the offer, took about two weeks.
