Sales
The interview process kicked off with a phone chat, then moved to a video meeting on Google Hangouts, and wrapped up with an in-person session. During each stage, they asked about my background, career aspirations, and specific knowledge related to programs, duties, responsibilities, and projects I've tackled.
- Describe your ideal work environment and what motivates or demotivates you there.
- Tell me about a time you couldn't meet a deadline or complete a challenging assignment and what happened as a result.
- How do you stay organized when things are moving quickly?
Medical Assistant
I had two phone interviews, then one in-office interview, and also a working interview. They asked me about my experience, what drives me, my aspirations, and what I'm interested in. They also provided example questions.
- Can you share an instance of a challenge you encountered and how you managed to overcome it?
Administrative Assistant
I had a zoom call and then an in-person meeting. It seemed pretty straightforward. They extended a job offer, but the request for me to start by the end of the week felt like a red flag. While everyone was very friendly, I looked at the negative Glassdoor reviews. Despite a high overall rating, many reviews felt generic, making me suspect they were fake. Because of these hesitations, I decided not to proceed. I'm not saying it would have been a bad experience, but I just had my doubts.
- What made you interested in this role?
Marketing Director
The whole process was really clear and easy from start to finish. They were nice and told me what to expect with everything, from setting up the first call to checking in after the interview.
- How would you describe your leadership style?
