Associate Attorney
The interview process involved two friendly and approachable attorneys. While they were easy to talk to, they did ask some specific questions about my experience. It seems like they are taking their time to find the right person for the role.

Recruiter reached out to talk about the position, then sent my application materials along. After that, I had a phone call with a partner and then was invited to interview at the office. The in-person interview was back-to-back interviews with multiple partners, associates, and admin.

It was a very thorough interview process. They checked my background and former employers. I came in twice and spoke with 3 different people. They also did a conflict check before offering me the position about 3 weeks later.
