So this was a super thorough interview process, like one of the most I've ever gone through, and they really nailed it. It started with a quick chat from HR just to confirm I was still interested and to lay out what the next steps would be. They asked some basic screening questions, and I particularly liked when they asked me, "What do you want me to tell the hiring manager about what sets you apart from others." A few days later, I had another call with someone else who did a deeper dive into the role and my experience, seeing how it matched what they needed. It felt like a really natural and friendly conversation. Then came a video call with the hiring manager. This was also really focused on the job itself and how I'd fit into the company's culture. Two questions that really stood out were "Tell me about your journey as your career unfolded" and "Would you do it all over again?" After that, I had an interview with the CEO. The hiring manager even sent me an encouraging email beforehand! The CEO interview was all about me as a person, what I thought I could bring to the company, and other stuff about the business culture. It was a really open conversation, and the CEO was super interested and happy to answer my questions too. Just a few days after speaking with the CEO, I got the offer call, which I accepted.

I filled out an application online and got a call within a week for an interview. I was expecting to meet with just the hiring manager, but there was a second person there too. About three days after that, they called me back to set up a phone interview with two more people. I got the job offer the following week and accepted it.

I had an initial phone screen, followed by a second phone screen. Then I had two in-person interviews. The first one was a panel interview, and the last one was a final interview with someone from their leadership team.
