I applied through Indeed and then got an email asking me to send my resume to HR. HR then sent me Barlow's application. I filled it out and sent it back. After that, I got an email with an interview date. The interview went okay, and they asked me a lot of scenario and clinical questions. For example, they asked about a time I dealt with a disgruntled family member, how I handled it, and what the outcome was.
