I filled out my application info online and then when I got to the interview, they made me fill out the exact same information again on paper. After waiting an hour to do that, I was finally seen and asked just a few questions. It took them a month to respond, and they didn't give me an offer.

The interview process is easy. You don't need to schedule an interview for their open interview days. A test is given to assess your photo editing skills and judgment on colors. There is also some proofreading involved.

You check in at the front desk, and they take a Polaroid of you. Then you wait to be interviewed. After the interview, you'll do a quick assessment. The interviewer was nice and the place felt good.
