Had a quick chat which then turned into an orientation. The person interviewing me was super nice and went over the job duties and the hours vs. pay expectations. I soon realized it wasn't the right fit for me because of the long hours for the low commission pay.

This was a very personable interview process. I really liked how the interviewer was transparent and authentic. It seems like this company is looking for driven individuals with good personalities that they can develop. The owner is very hands-on, which I appreciated.

It was a very informative interviewing process! they spoke about job duties, compensation, and benefits/rewards. The interview process consist of phone interview, and a zoom call, I guess this is due to covid. I look forward to meeting the team in person.
