It was a pretty relaxed interview, no tough questions. Expect to be asked about your CV or resume and explain how your past experience will help you with sales. They explained the growth opportunities and compensation pretty well, although apparently there are no benefits.

I applied online through their website. Then I had a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting with the Creative Director and two Associate Creative Directors. I also met the rest of the team and got a tour of the office. Overall, it was a good and easy experience.
