Graphic Designer
So the interview process had a phone call and then a really big design assessment. It was a ton of work, way more than I've ever been asked to do for an interview. I sent in my work and then like a day later, someone else told me I wasn't moving forward. No feedback at all on my work. I tried asking the person who would have been reviewing it for feedback or what I could have done better but never heard back. It's a bummer because the company seems cool and I really wanted to work there, but the interview process was a letdown.

IT Project Manager
After applying online, I had an initial phone screen with HR. Following that, I had an onsite interview at their Nashville office. This was a pretty good interview experience. It wasn't just standard questions; they focused more on situational questions to see if my skills were a good match. I interviewed with someone in person and another person on the phone at the same time. They both asked good questions and talked about what they needed for the role. I felt it went well, but I didn't get an offer. The process seemed solid, and they probably found someone who was a better fit for their needs and culture. They seem to be looking for a skills match and cultural fit. It was a good company to work with, and I'd be interested if another position opens up.

Geologist
I had a Zoom interview which I thought went pretty well at first. They mentioned they wanted to schedule another interview for the next week, and I gave them my availability. But then they completely ghosted me. I never heard back, even after trying to follow up several times. Their HR is really unprofessional.
- Would you be open to traveling within the region?
Staff
Got contacted by the recruiter way after my application was in for over a month. Had a 30-minute call with the recruiter, and they said my experience was a perfect match and I'd get a response. It's been 3 weeks since then with no reply. I tried following up but got no answer.
