Software Engineer
This process was super outdated. They made me fill out a paper form with all my info, and even asked about my salary history. That was a big red flag for me.

The interview process was very straightforward and professional. They assess your knowledge in the specific area you're applying for. So, if you're skilled in mechanics, aim for the mechanic technician role. If you're proficient with electronics and PCBs, go for the electronics technician position. Just be confident and honest.

Mechanical Engineer
I had a panel interview with three people. They asked me about myself and my work experience, and also inquired about my favorite projects from college. We discussed my strengths and weaknesses, and a workplace challenge I encountered and how I overcame it.
