So the interview process has 3 rounds total. First, you'll have a behavioral chat. Then, there are 2 leetcode problems for you to solve, one medium and one hard. Finally, the 3rd round is with the VP to see if you're a good group fit.

Technical Behavioral

It was a pretty standard 3-stage interview process. First, I spoke with HR, then the hiring manager, and finally, the rest of the team. It was a good experience overall. There was one person on the broader team who seemed like a red flag, but one person out of the whole group seemed okay, though you never really know how it's going to turn out once you start. I actually regret accepting the offer. BARBRI, at least when I was there, was a really bad place to work and attracted some really unpleasant and insecure people.

Behavioral Technical

I went through two interviews for this position. The first was with two hiring managers, and the second one included an executive. The interviewers were nice, and they said they'd let me know after talking to some other candidates. But, I never heard back, so I was ghosted. They really stressed how important it is to meet project deadlines during both interviews. They also asked how I deal with subject matter experts who are slow on their part of the project, since SMEs often have other things to do. It's understandable since training isn't usually their top priority. But, the focus on deadlines combined with the SME issue made me feel a bit uneasy. And then being ghosted definitely made my overall experience negative.

This was a really disappointing and unprofessional experience. I got a verbal offer, but then it was taken back because of prejudice against people with freelance backgrounds. I went through a whole interview process, including written answers and two chats with senior people. They said I was a top choice and the VP gave me a verbal offer and set my start date for five days later. She even said she'd try to get me a better salary because they really wanted me long-term. The next day, I was told that higher-ups had put my hiring on hold because of issues with past employees who had freelance backgrounds. Two days after my original start date, the offer was rescinded, not because of anything I did, but because they have a general prejudice against freelancers. It was confusing and unprofessional. If you have a freelance background, don't get your hopes up based on good signs, and don't trust verbal offers. Maybe it's a good thing I didn't end up there. If this is how they treat someone they wanted to hire, it makes you wonder how they treat their employees.
