Technical Presentation

I saw the ad on Craig's List and applied. A week later, I got a call to schedule a phone interview. After that, I was invited to a teacher training session in two weeks. The first day of training is unpaid. If they ask you to come back the second day, it's paid. There was a small group of us, and we all got job offers and were asked to come back the next day. The trainer was really professional and great, very helpful and seemed to want us to do well. She was the same person who did my phone interview. The training/interview was amazing, a little tough in parts, which is good because it prepares you for the classroom. I really liked the whole hiring process. I'll review the job when it's time.

i got a phone call where we went over my resume, once the woman felt i was up for the task i was invited to an orientation/group interview. at this event we went over the first two days of class material that you would be teaching. she sped through all the materials so very quickly, if i had of gotten the job i couldn't imagine remembering everything we did. there is a dress code, dont wear anything too long or too high. i wasn't very well informed on what i should have worn and when i got to the even the interviewer commented that my dress was too long so she couldn't tell if i was doing anything right.

Saw the ad on craigslist, it was very detailed on all of the skills they were seeking. I did a cover letter to highlight those main points with examples of the skills along with a resume. It was about two weeks later before I got my first phone interview call, but at that point, they explained the position and the opportunity for growth with the company. They asked if I was still interested and I replied yes. Then they asked for more examples of the skills they were looking for. After passing that, I moved to the second and final interview process with her boss over the phone as well before finally being invited to their paid training orientation because of my phone personality and my resume. It seems like a great part time job opportunity if you have your weekends free.

First, we'll put an ad up on a job site. Then, I'll quickly sort through the resumes to see who has the experience or what we're looking for. After that, I'll do a phone interview to check communication skills and give general info about the job. If that goes well, I'll schedule a face-to-face interview and then give callbacks to the eligible candidates. Finally, we'll make an offer.
