About a month after I applied, I was contacted. The role was posted before the holidays, so I get the timing. I had a 30-minute Zoom with the hiring manager, it was pretty chill. They said I'd know something in about two weeks, but then they ghosted.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and then got an email saying I was picked for the first phone interview. One of the HR coordinators called me and she was super nice. She basically asked me to chat about myself and my background and how I got to where I am now. Then she had me talk about what I did in my current job and some normal interview questions. It was a pretty good interview, not too hard, but that's what you'd expect for the first round.

Behavioral Technical

After a good phone screener, I didn't hear back for a while until interviews were set up. Once they were, I went through close to 10 interviews in as little amount of time as possible. Some would say this is excessive, but I rather enjoyed the process as it was quite harrowing to be barreling through all the questions being thrown at me. When I did win the role, I really felt like I earned my keep.

This internship involved 2 interview rounds plus a written test and a reference check. I spoke with several team members, the department director, and HR. The whole thing took about 2 weeks before HR called with an offer. Definitely worth following up to show you're still keen!
