Fairly easy process. It was pretty straightforward and to the point. Had the usual interview questions and also asked about my experience.

So after they hit me up on LinkedIn, we had a quick phone call where they asked a couple questions. Then, they sent over some video questions to record online. After that, I had another zoom interview. The online video part had five questions, and there were two practice ones that didn't count. You could re-record each of the five main questions once if you needed to.

I finished the whole interview process in under a week! It was really engaging and pretty easy overall. I got a referral from someone who works there, which definitely helped. I liked the video calls and especially appreciated how clear they were with timing and communication – that’s rare these days with HR and recruiters.

This was a really open and honest interview process, more like a chat to see if I was a good fit for the role and if the role would be a good fit for me. They were clear about what the job involves, potential career growth, and how success is measured. It was great to talk to leaders who genuinely care about their employees' happiness and success, almost like they see them as family. When people feel that way, they naturally want to do their best work. It's inspiring to meet leaders who get that people want to feel valued and believed in.
