I took an exam and was called. I didn't accept at first, but since they needed to call someone, I was called 6 months later and accepted. Interview with the manager was very relaxed. The process was fast. The exam wasn't too hard either, especially since it was online.

It was pretty easy, they are super friendly with you and try to be as understanding as possible. They only ask basic and objective questions, and want equally basic and objective answers. You just have to act naturally, and answer frankly and seriously.
