First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Banreservas.
Project Manager
The interview was a good place to talk about things and find out about the job and what I could do with it. I hope everyone else has the same experience. Banreservas looks like a great place to work.
- Can you tell me about your most difficult project?
Analista Crédito
The application and requirements filling was very simple. Keep in mind that if you are not referred by someone, it will be almost impossible to get in. You must bring reference letters that speak well of you.
- What has been your best experience and why do you want to change?
BI Analyst
They put you in a room with the entire department, ask you relevant questions with some puzzles mixed between. To be honest felt bit like bullying, and the puzzles are way overvalued in comparison to the necessary skills for the job
- I dropped my watch in coffee, but when I took it out, it was dry. How is this possible?
Manager
Everything was virtual, which made it easy and quick. Very specific questions were asked to determine experience and skills developed as a professional. After the initial interview, I was sent evaluations by email, which measured leadership skills, data analysis ability, handling of business situations, among others.
- Why do you want to work at this institution?
