The interview process itself wasn't difficult, but there was a total lack of consideration for candidates. I had to follow up at every stage of the recruitment process to get a response. After following up, I received an email 3 weeks after the interview date saying I wasn't selected (without giving a reason and after telling me I had a great profile and a lot of knowledge??)
