L'embauche s'est très bien passée. On m'a expliqué ce que j'allais faire et posé des questions sur la cotation et la Banque de France. J'ai eu une réponse assez rapidement, c'était super.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview had two parts: First, a personality interview focusing on past experiences, motivations, and how the internship fits into your career plan. Second, a real-world case study where you analyze a file for about ten minutes and then present your findings to the interviewers. This part tests your ability to give an opinion on the financial health of a company and its assumed business sector.

So I applied, and then HR called me to talk about salary expectations. She said my desired income was a bit too high and asked if I could lower it. After that, I had a one-hour interview with my future manager. He seemed happy with my answers and thought I was a good fit. I followed up after a week, and he said I was on the shortlist but they were just starting the process. Two weeks later, he ghosted me and HR didn't reply to my emails either. Super unprofessional!
