The process is good, but they never let you know when it ends. It's terrible to be left waiting to know if you're moving on to the next interview or not. Otherwise, both HR and the people within the company who interviewed me were very friendly.

They first call you by phone to set up interviews. The interview can be via Teams or in person. If you pass the first interview, you might have one or two more. The downside is that they never give feedback after the final interview and always ghost you. Note: for the Manager position, I was notified by call that I was selected, but they ghosted me and the hiring process didn't conclude.

The interview process for an intern position at Banorte starts with submitting your application online and a CV review. Then, there's an initial phone call to understand your motivation and availability. Those pre-selected move on to an interview with HR, where they assess your skills. Finally, there's a technical interview with the area supervisor to evaluate the specific competencies needed for the internship.

First they called me to ask about my salary expectations and general questions about my resume, as well as to tell me they would send me a psychometric test lasting 2 hours and a request for information like my university degree, my resume, and my social security contribution record. I sent all of that the same day, they took 3 more days to contact me for an interview with the immediate supervisor, he asked me things about my experience, I thought I had done very well but they never contacted me again. I sent a follow-up email 5 days after the interview and they didn't answer anything, which I think is terrible since it doesn't take them even 5 minutes to say that your process will no longer be continued...
