First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Banner Behavioral Health.
Senior Manager
The interview will focus on the Banner Values. It's recommended to be prepared with examples of how you've demonstrated these values. While other questions might come up, the Banner Values are the main focus!
- Could you share an example illustrating one of the Banner Values?
- What's an instance where you showed a Banner Value?
- Tell me about a time you exemplified a Banner Value.
Behavioral Health Technician
I got an email from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. I sent an email 5 minutes before the call time to let them know I was ready. They didn't respond to my email, and they didn't call. After 45 minutes, they emailed back saying they got busy and would call in 5 minutes if I was free. I said yes, but they never called or emailed again.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Registered Nurse
I got a call for an interview one day after applying. I met with the unit manager and senior nurse manager. They asked common interview questions, and it was a relaxed chat. I got an offer right away.
- Can you describe your ability to work collaboratively within a team?
- Share an instance where you demonstrated compassion towards someone.
- Do you believe in exceeding expectations in your work?
