Salesforce Developer Administrator
Applied online and a third-party recruiter, who I think is contracted, reached out via email to schedule phone interviews. It was a total of 5 phone interviews over 6 weeks, with one interview per week, each lasting about 30 minutes. The first interviewer was a VP, asking general questions about my experience and how I might fit into the role. The second and third interviewers were also managers who asked similar questions. The fourth interviewer was described as a 'little technical guy' but more of a VP/manager type, and those interviews went well. I kept expecting an in-person interview after each stage because feedback was slow. The final interviewer was rude and stated that her requirements were rigid and couldn't be met by SFDC or Salesforce, and that the company couldn't provide what she needed for a project. I tried to explain that I needed to see the requirements to propose a solution, but she didn't give me a chance. I later found out she has a history of not staying at any company for more than a year, which struck me as odd. Honestly, if the fifth interviewer had been the first one, it wouldn't have been a complete waste of my time.

SEO Manager
The interview process had quite a few steps. It started with a phone call with the hiring manager, followed by another phone chat with a team member. After that, I had to do a case study. Then came two lengthy video interviews, each lasting about two hours, with a group of six people from the company, including some who weren't even on the main team. Oddly enough, I also had another interview with the same team member I spoke to earlier. After all that, there was complete silence for about three weeks, and I had to chase the recruiter three times to get any kind of update.

Senior Platform Engineer
Got referred by an ex colleague. First, a recruiter reached out, sending over a job application and a questionnaire. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, who really dug into the details of designing, setting up, and managing a restful web service. It was a long chat, but he stayed focused and didn't test basic computer science knowledge, which was a plus. The next step was an interview with the development team, where I had 30-minute technical discussions with each team member.
- Can you explain what constitutes a restful webservice?
- Could you describe the messaging mechanisms typically used in Java-based services?
- What are some techniques for scaling webservices?
HRBP
A recruiter reached out and set up an onsite interview. Then, they scheduled a Skype interview with the CEO at their office. After that, I was told I'd hear back in a couple of days. I followed up multiple times but never got a response, not even a courtesy one from the recruiter. It was a really unprofessional process, and I wouldn't recommend the company because of this bad experience.
