I had an initial call with HR, and then later that day, I interviewed with the branch manager and head teller. It was pretty laid back and they were friendly. The manager asked all the questions while the head teller just observed. Near the end, the manager outlined the rest of the hiring process, explaining that her boss would contact me about an offer and next steps if I was selected. She mentioned her boss made the final decision based on interview answers and that I'd hear back either way. I received an email two weeks later, but no offer was extended.

The interview started with a phone call where they asked me standard questions like why I wanted the job and for examples of going the extra mile. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the head supervisor and the person who reports to her. They mostly just watched me and asked a lot of questions, including some I'd already been asked on the phone. They also reviewed my past work. They said they'd be in touch. I got a call weeks later to see if I was still interested, and then they asked me to take a drug test.
