The interview process was not good, they were unprofessional and didn't respond. After a phone interview, there was an in-person interview, followed by complete silence. It's rude to ignore candidates; a rejection email would be appreciated if no offer is extended.

The interview process was pretty standard. They asked about my previous work experience and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any goals, how I overcame objections, and about my balancing record.

Had a phone screening with one of the attorneys who asked about my background, gave me the lowdown on the company and position, and then I got to ask them whatever I wanted. After that, there was an in-person sit-down with the same person. They just went over the job details more and what my day-to-day would look like. The in-person part felt more like a chill chat than a formal interview. Super nice person I met with, but sadly the offer I got had pay that was too low.
