They will ask you to fill up an application form in their website. You will fill in your details alongside answering three essay questions about your motivations in joining bank negara. If they shortlist you after that, you will have to do a quiz (more of an IQ quiz) and a video submission. The quiz is very short, around 10 mins and the video submission is to test your English and Bahasa Proficiency. You need to upload the video on youtube. If you are shortlisted, then you will go for the final interview in person. They will divide you into groups. First will be a case study, where you will discuss with your group mates on a solution to an economics-related problem, then you will present it to a panel of judges. Later, you will have a one to one interview with 3 panelists. The interview lasts from 20-30 mins.
