The interview process took a while, but it was pretty straightforward with only one interview round. The interview mainly focused on discussing your background and CV. Being fluent in English is a big advantage, and if they feel you can handle the conversation in English, a significant portion of the interview might be conducted in that language.

I was interviewed via Zoom. When I got into the room, there were only 2 other people (the operator and the interviewer). However, my friends told me they were interviewed with other candidates so I think it depends on the amount of candidates. The interview atmosphere tends to be relaxed, not tense at all. The interviewer tended to ask personal questions rather than formal ones.

This included talking about my school, activities, past jobs, what I know about the company and this role, and why I want to do it. Then, in the second session, they hit me with some technical questions about stuff that would come up daily if I got the job.
