First, I filled out the online application and uploaded my documents. Then, there was a phone discussion with HR staff, followed by two rounds of meetings with line managers. Finally, I had an interview with the HR head and completed a take-home test, which was a mini case study and took about an hour, it was pretty easy.

Assistant Manager
For my department, the interview process had 2 rounds. The first round was with the team head and my direct supervisor. The second round was with the General Manager of the department. The interviewers were nice. They asked technical questions related to the role and also about job fit. They were also checking if I can fit into the company culture. The interview usually started with me talking about my past experience and transferable skills. They asked follow-up questions about why I want to join. My general feeling is that the work environment is friendly and they focus on tasks within your job scope. The interviewers explained the department's structure and the people I'd be working with. Overall, the 2 rounds were pleasant.
